In the last hours before voting, the campaign speils took on a surreal quality...
Manwhile in Iraq, the contractors are in many cases getting paid on vague contracts without necessarily delivering anything.
The New Jersey supreme court ruled that they could find no basis for allowing gay "marriage" but that civil unions of any gender combination had to be considered legally the same and gave the legislature 6 months to correct the civil union laws. The result was ever more confusion about just what is legal there.
